Janet received her license in 1999, and has earned her e-certification. Janet graduated from Patricia Stevens Fashion and Business College. Prior to real estate, Janet worked at the Omaha Housing Authority for 27 years -- the majority of the time as Construction Contract Administrator. Janet is married to Mark, and has two children, Crystal and Jon. She has one grandson named Conner.

The newest Buyer Partners to join Bobbi’s Team are Dee and Larry Caniglia. Dee has specialized in working with Buyers since receiving her license in 2002. Larry joined her after receiving his license in 2005. Dee attended Duchesne College and Creighton University. Prior to real estate Dee was Director of Sales and Marketing for Omaha Hotels Inc. Larry has spent the last 40 years assisting in the management of his families business—Mr. C’s Steak House. The combined families share 7 grandchildren with 2 more arriving later this year.

Chip joined Bobbi''s Team at the beginning of 2004 as a new agent. Prior to joining the Team, Chip worked at Griffin Dewatering as a Project Manager/Estimator/Salesperson for 5 1/2 years. Chip is a graduate of UNO with a BS in Environmental Studies. He is married to Brenda and they have 2 sons - Parker & Thatcher.

Susan has worked with Bobbi since 1991, as a Personal Assistant. Now, as the Office Manager and Pendings Coordinator, she oversees the internal maze of all Real Estate transactions from the date of acceptance. This is to insure accuracy of all details and timeliness, until the completion of the transaction. Prior to working with Bobbi she was a legal secretary for the General Counsel at Union Pacific Law Department. Susan attended Kansas State University where she majored in physical education. She is married to Monnie and has 2 children, Kyle and Nicole and one grandson, Teddy.

David joined Bobbi''s Team in 2005 in the newly created position of Marketing Coordinator. Prior to joining the team, David spent many years working in the entertainment business. He had his own independent record label and promotion company. David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he majored in Political Science. He returned to Omaha in 2004 after living outside of the area for the last 15 years.

Nicole joined Bobbi's team in 2005 as its courier, and was recently promoted to the position of Listing Coordinator after graduating from the University of Nebraska. Her degree was in Family Science. Nicole, originally from Lincoln, has lived in Omaha for the last six years. Prior to working for Bobbi's team, Nicole was a nanny for four years.
